Classes at Highbank with Tonia Todman.

Classes are designed for small numbers, giving everyone access to the tutor. All attending will receive a folder containing recipes or instructions for later reference. Full day classes are usual, starting at 10.30am, going through to around 4pm. This includes a delicious morning tea and lunch, and if you wish, a wander around the house and gardens.

Dates or subjects don't suit? We are delighted to customise a day to suit a group of friends, or corporate or school groups.

How to book

Email highbankclasses@toniatodman.com telling us of your query, or the class you are interested in attending. Please add your other contact details, should we need them in confirming your enquiry.

A full day cooking or interior design class is $110 per person, and a 50% deposit secures your booking. Friday evening dinner class is $85 per person, all inclusive. Payments may be made by cheque or money order made payable to Tonia Todman, and sent to 'Highbank', 152 Donnelly Road, Kyneton Vic 3444.

These make ideal presents and, if requested, we send the voucher in a greeting card with your message.

Class categories

A wide variety of cooking classes is available, which are changed frequently and seasonally. Interior design classes are available at times to suit you, and we have found that these are more personal and steered towards providing your particular set of decorating solutions. Craft and garden classes are available by request.

Friday Evening Dinner Class

Friday Evening Dinner Class is more 'dinner' than 'class'. It is an excellent way for a group of friends to meet here in the dining room at Highbank at the beginning of a weekend away. The meal is local and seasonal, the wines are regional. A recipe folder is provided on request, and the chef will happily talk you through the cooking methods used to prepare the various courses.

These dinners are not scheduled, so let us know of the date that you would like to book.
